Being an artist was always the dream. It was here that I became alive. My earliest childhood memories are of a love of painting and drawing, in which I would be lost in the wonder of creativity.

Pursuing a career in architecture enabled me to be creative and yet earn a living. It was here I discovered my fascination with landscape, light and colour. Later travels to the Middle East and Central Asia would build on a love of storytelling, the unseen world, pattern, and the connection of man to the land below and the sky above.

My art practice continues to explore these narratives of transformation—the spiritual land we inhabit and how we connect to the heavens above.
